Photo - Captured Russian Flag - What's on it ?

Hello Gentlemen,
I've just bought a lot of WW2 Gebirgsjäger 99 Regt. photos, a large number of them were taken in Russia 41/42. On one a group of Gebirgsjäger soldiers are holding up a captured Russian flag. Could a member be so kind and translate for me what is on the flag.

Hi Alec, it is a Soviet Young Pioneers flag. The Soviet version of the Boy Scouts or the HJ.

It roughly reads:

To struggle for affairs
Lenin - Stalin.
Always ready!
