Poster ID's

Can anyone shed some light on what these posters might be? They were given to my son a year or so ago and have just been laying around his room. Certainly
they are reproductions of something, or so I assume, but of what?

Both are approx 16 inches tall by 11.5 inches wide.

The 1st poster announces about creation of "Air Fleet" in the Imperial Russia and calls for donations. There are addresses of redeption centers for donations on the bottom of the poster.
The 2nd one is devoted to North Pole "subjugation" by Soviet Russians.

I have finally gotten around to putting these in frames so as to keep them from being destroyed.

Can anyone tell me what the period is for these posters?
