The first one can't be stamped 1858 cause there is the portrait of Alexander III there, who was the Emperor in 1881 - 1894. It's a kind of diploma, given to N.B. Koenigsberg and it's confirmed that he was a watchmaker in Lida.
The second one is an exhibition award. Mr. Koenigsberg got the little silver medal for the watch he made. Vilna (Vilnius now) August 1899.
