Article about: Hi, Many thanks for the help. Can someone help with this one? I think it dates from 1946 but it might be some sort of medical doc? can one see more clearly? Thanks, Neil.

    Medical reference given to Grenader Lazar Pinhusovich and sertify that he is feet for noncombat military service, because of health problems.
