    Default Russian I.D.- Help ?

    Hello Gentlemen,
I was given this item a few days ago by a market trader. He reckons that its a Russian Wehrpass from 1941. Having absolutely no Russian ( I'm not sure if the market trader had either) I'm at a loss. However it seems on the left inside page - top right a picture is missing - perhaps a small I.D. pass. Closed the pass measures 8cm x 6cm - open 160cm x 6cm. Any information on the item welcome.
    Cheers

It is from the Ukraine, with their seal (Ukrainian SSR) and in their language. The handwriting under the seals is really hard for me to see, I am sorry. Perhaps someone else can do better. If it is important, and none can do better, I can look again. The document is a credentials document for a representative of the socialist workers in Lvov/Львів/Львов going to a regional political meeting.

    Cover :
ЛЬВИВСЬКА ОВЛАСНА РАДА ДЕПУТАТІВ ТРУДЯЩИХ // LVOV REGIONAL COUNCIL OF WORKERS' DUPUTIES (or "DELEGATES" or "REPRESENTATIVES")

    Left page :
On the left side 1 Скликання 1941 - 1st Meeting (or "Convocation" or "Assembly") 1941

    Right page :
ЛЬВИВСЬКА ОВЛАСНА РАДА ДЕПУТАТІВ ТРУДЯЩИХ // as on the cover
    Депутатсьний Квиток № 14 // Deputy's Ticket No. 14
Пред‘явник тов. (abreviation for "товарищ") Госполітич[?] Поторин[?] // Holder [of the ticket] Com[rade] State-Politician[?] Potorin[?]
обраний депутатом вид ???? (I think it is a place name) // Elected Deputy for the ????
    виборчого округу № 14 // Election District No. 14

The lower part of both pages are signature blocks for various "Secretary" personnel to approve the document.
