    Hi. I from Russia. It seems to me that it is a fake, because handwriting very illegible and many grammatical errors. Filled by the person ignorant in russian language.
    for example: "vindovka"- Should be "vintovka", "mobolizovan"---Should be "mobilizovan"......

    Whose to say that the clerk filling it out wasn't just a poor speller, or that Russian was a second language for that clerk.

    Mis-spellings doesn't necessarily indicate a reproduction.

    Yes, you right! And don't forget,guys, about "dysorthography-this is a disorder of written language which is part of the dyslexic syndrome.
    It is characterised by major spelling mistakes during the production of written language, such as confusions, omissions or inversions of letters and syllables, errors of conjugation, and arbitrary word breaks. These errors are habitual during the learning period of reading and writing in a child. The problem in the dyslexic/dysorthographic child is that of their abnormal persistence."

    Russia of cases dyslexic/dysorthographic doesn't admit. In general in clerks chose on literacy level.... The Regiment it is a lot of but one writing will find.
