    Hello
I have these two documents describing wound which soldier received on 14 April 1945 in Germany. Im very curious what exactely happend to him but party describing wound in barely understendable for me, contains some medical related abreviations which I can not translate. So far I know he was hit in leg "...s ran prav. goleni (right shank) s chastiam povr. b/berts. kosti (?) oski ran m/t levoy kosti (left bone)
Could someone familiar with Russian medical jargone help me with translating this?
Thank you in advance and Best Regards
    Jacob

Guards Sgt. Major MOLODTSOV Aleksander Mikhailovich, 140 GuRR, 47GuRD.
Wound description: "Тяжелое слепое осколочное ранение с/з правой голени с частичным повреждением б/ (большой) берцовой кости, сквозное осколочное ранение м/т левой кисти."

I don't know what "с/з" means. Maybe it means "спереди и сзади", i.e. from the front and behind.
Neither do I know what "м/т" means. Maybe refers to one of the hand bones.

    Thank you!
Another piece of this man’s history. However, it’s a bloody piece of history, someone’s personal horror.
