Slavic, but not Russian
Is it possible to make it out? thanks.
Not for me, you see Uzbekistan and Mongolia also used to use Slavic alphabet
Thanks anyway.

I added another stamp, the holders wife's passport, can one make sense of it now? thanks.
Jugoslawian may be

I can make out some?
народно ос лобо дил ачки одбоб
бор
народно ос=national axis
I think it says:
народно-ослободилачки одред
which would mean People's Liberation Unit or similar in Serbian
The lower three letters "бор" would be "Pine", so you would get 'People's Liberation Pine Detachment' or something like that. Probably the name of the unit is Pine?
The whole thing seems to me to be related to Partisans perhaps, they used names like this, but i don't know for sure.

It's not Russian, but Battery Command Post is right. Had a good laugh about this, because it make no sense in Russian.
