    Yes, initially some of these posters were made for "Окна ТАСС" and it looked like this:

    but the posters that were shown by Russ are definitely post war production.

    Lars, if you would not mind, that would be great and much appreciated.

    My assumption of this likely being printed just post war is soley based on reasoning of "Why would it be printed any other period in time?" but I am sure there could be many reason, expecially if coming from a news agency running a piece on the aniversary date of the end of the war lets say. The paper stock does look to have some age on it, but I guess that means little as well.

    And although as inconclusive as anything else, this piece was found framed in a very old brass frame, I would guess to be dated in the 1940's or even much earlier. This means little I know but I thought I'd add it to the puzzle.
