I have received information on this officer.....
Temkin Aron Mendeleeukh, Hebrew, Born 1904 in Vitebsk, Belorussian SSR.
He was Captain of an Anti-tank Artillery Battery (358th Rifle Division, 39th Army, 3rd Belorussian Front).
He fought against the Germans from September 1944 to February 1945 when he was wounded near Fischausen in Eastern Prussia by bullets and splinters causing a disability to his right arm.
He was awarded the Order of the Patriotic War 2nd grade for this in November 1945
