Soviet passport - occupied Poland?

Hi,

Any ideas if this was issued in occupied eastern Poland or a Ukrainian Soviet passport?
Thoughts on the last stamps from 1941?

It is a soviet passport not a polish one.

But the Soviets also issued them to former Polish citizens after 1939, during 1940.
I am not sure if it was a Ukrainian Soviet passport or one issued in FORMER eastern Poland...

A Soviet passport issued in 1940 after the Soviet occupation of eastern Poland in 1939.
It was issued to the resident of city of Borislav in Drogobych oblast (region) - currently in Lvov region in Ukraine.

The first stamp:
Temporary registration till 31.03.1941
The number of his passport
Date Signature

The second one:
It's possible to understand just one word "... bureau" ("...БЮРО")
Handwriting: Date
and address: Krasinskogo street, 55a (вул. Красинского 55а)
