Translation Belarusian trade union membership booklet
Recently I bought some early WWII paperwork from Belarus. It all comes from a legacy. The paperwork includes a 1940 manual for pioneers of the Red Army, a trade union membership booklet of a nurse, a small calendar of 1941 with a handwritten envelope. Additionally, two small leaflets addressed to German soldiers to end the war against the Soviet Union.
The printed text of the objects can be read/translated but the handwritten texts in the membership booklet are very difficult to decipher. Who would like to help me?
I would like to send pictures of the membership booklet in a PM.

No one can help me with the translation of the handwritten text? The reason why I prefer to send the pictures in a PM is to respect the privacy of the original bearer.
