All I can tell you is that it seems to have a location and after that it says ''1947''. So post-war afaik.

The first document, which, I guess, is losses report of some sort:

The second one:
"Executed in 3 section
Forward the list ????
in one copy on 12 pages
only to the recepient.
20 November 1947. Signature"
The words marked ???? I couldn't understand.

I think I have figured out one of the problematic words from the first record. It means complete.
