1st pattern fs fighting knife find

Hi while demolishing our old house i have found a fs fighting knife under the upstairs bedroom floor boards
i searched the net as i have never seen a knife with the words fighting knife on before and thought it mite be something interesting.
by looking at the photos it is defiantly 1st pattern . can some one point me in the right direction as to its value as apart from eating i have no interest in knives at all

A great find.
I spend my summers going to farm auctions, flea markets, garage sales hoping to come across
a find like that. So far----No Luck.
