One has a knight head and looks like a real bone handle, other is fully engraved on both sides with leather wire wrapped handle, the frog stud is dated 1858.Bought from daughter of sword collector, paid 5.00 each she just wanted rid of them, probably not worth much, as I think they are massonic?Anyway they look like they are original.

Hey TC I'd say you re on the right track with a social club attribute. But I'd guess K of C? Someone will know which organization I'm sure. Kindest regards.

This particular knights head sword is typically a militia sword........

I believe the knight headed one is "Knights of Columbus".
The other is some similar religious or fateral organization.

I have two lodge swords with the knight's head. One I believe to be a Masonic sword
the other I think is K of C.

All three sword below are from different manufactures. The one in the middle
    is from Henderson Ames.

Good question. I know that some of these lodge swords have some age to them.
My ivory handled sword dates to the late 1860s.

    No.
I had found a website that showed this particular sword maker and model
but that was so many years ago that I do not not remember where I found it
and not thinking, I did not bother to write it down.
