Default Bayonet (wrapped sheth), 1918 knuckle knife...need help

I have a few pieces that I am looking to sell and could use any help I can get on identifying exactly what they are, and what they are worth. Any and all help will be appreciated.

I have been told that the Bayonet is from WW1 and should be worth about $250
The 1918 is from WW1 also and is worth about $700 or so. What do you guys think?

    Thanks a bunch in advance,

The first is a 1918 trench knife. Made by Landers Flary and Clark. In this condition, worth 700-850 dollars. It looks like someone messed with it though on the scabbard. That could bring the value down. The second looks like a Japanese Arisaka bayonet. I think it is Jinsen arsenal marked(?). Worth around 150-200 dollars.
