Yes, they are both WWII era, IMO. The later model Camillus is harder
to find with 'USMC' on it.
An early Kabar would also have 'Olean N.Y.' under the company name.
There were at least 3 different handle/grip configurations.........

Is the pommel peaned in place? Meaning it does not have a pin through the pommel.I believe the Camillus has a pinned pommel like the U.S.N Mark 2 by Ka-Bar. I was told that the peaned pommel Ka-Bar was early and more desireable. Rich A. in Pa.
Check to see if the pommel is pinned in place with a pin that goes all the way through, or only pinned from one side. The full pinned are the early ones and are correct from WW2.
