Hello-made by Enfield Royal Small Arms Factory (RSAF)-Lee Enfield is the name of the rifle-marking for 'R214' is rack marking for rifle no.214 but I can't help with the actual unit marking, sorry.

Hello
12LD stands for 12th London, that is, the 12th (County of London) Battalion, London Regiment (The Rangers). They were a Territorial Force battalion formed in 1908 from the 22nd Middlesex RVC. They became part of the KRRC in 1937.
