    That is the 1907 pattern bayonet for the British Lee Enfield SMLE. It looks to be marked 42 for 1942, and it may be of colonial production as its such a late date.

    Its Australian manufacture, Slazenger made the grips and the scabbard was made by the 'Mangrovite Belting Company' I think the 'O' mark is for the 'Orange Australia' arsenal which took over later production from the Lithgow arsenal.
