Common, but still nice and affordable. These are sometimes
the first piece in a budding collection.........

You are correct Steve the spike bayonets and most of the scabbards and frogs are still quite easy to come by .
There is one variation of the frog for the Mk II spike bayonet I am having a hard time finding though and that is a US M-5 bayonet scabbard and frog.

That's odd - You should be able to find an M8A1 scabbard just about
anywhere. Tried Ebay ? Some there I'd bet.........

I've never seen one like this. Lol - I thought you meant
    a scabbard for the US M5 bayonet ! ?

Correct British designation would be 'MK V'.........

Hi Kevin no unfortunately I do not I have been going through boxes of P-37 webbing and gear in my collection and researching different items and this is the one frog and scabbard I am missing and I can only find reference to it on two different web sites and it is very vague.
