Morning p37 have a look at this web site here you will find it most helpful in determining what type of frog this is and from what era.
(Pattern 1937 Web Equipment)
Regards Mark K
It is difficult to say, because there aren't visible stamps but I would say that it is a war time example, maybe blancoed
Thanks for answers. Mark, I know this web site and I haven't found the same type frog there.
Yes, this frog is blancoed.

Ah, but it is there. It is probably a variant of the one listed as "Stores Ref. None known Frog, bayonet, W.E. Patt. ’37 (2nd Issue)" with the tab for the entrenching tool handle deleted.
Or, it may be "Stores Ref. CN/AA 0997 Web Equipment, Patt. ’37, Frog, bayonet, No. 6 (7th Issue)" - the last one on the page - and is a post-WW2 frog for the No.4 bayonet.
There were variations on the patterns of frogs and other web items that are not identified showing up all the time. Some made that way but many unit or user modified.
