Old Army Folder

Found this in my garage today while clearing out I have a few British army folders but non with scales like this and the serial number on the spike. I don't know what make the knife is the blades are stuck so I will have to soak in oil for a few day's.

Nice Knife.i think this a commercial type using up old unmarked (I:e broad arrow marked) parts.Yours was obviously used by a serviceman hence the 8 digit number.I'd be interested to know the maker if you can get it open?Mine is made by J McCloud or Clory?(double struck...)

Blade was quite rusty I have cleaned it up so you can read some of the text maybe some one will know the maker.

Could be this maker Scotia J.MS Glory & Sons Sheffield
