Binoculars

I was offered these today and I am wondering when they were made. They are in mint condition along with the leather case. They also have a rose colored lense that can be used for bright light. I am sorry but this is the only picture I made (with phone). Thanks for any information.

i see the russian letter before b8-30

Soviet one circa 80-90's, but some times I've seen they was repaired war time with new markings attached
