    Dimas,

Thanks for the info, what would it be routinely used for, it has a stand alone microphone as well as what looks like a throat microphone?

    Pierre,

I haven't either I bought it a a curiosity only. It has no batteries so I am unable to check what is on the tape or the spare tape.

    Regards

    Field interrogation unit.
Thanks for that, Is that at Regt/Bn/Bde/Div or would it be a seperate unit on its own?

    Cheers

It would most likely be a KGB field unit, that was dispatched by Division, or Army command.

    Dan,

Multi cultural where I live, Kurdish, Russian, German and British neighbours!

I can nip over to Victor and have him check it out if I can find a battery/power supply, mind his German or English is not that good!

Is there any manual, or a battery diagram in the battery box?

If there is, it may give you a clue as to the power requirements.
