Default German Trophee: Soviet mapcase belonged to Soviet tankman

Here I will share the nicest example I ever seen. That is a nice and salty NCO's Soviet mapcase, I would date it 39-41 year. There the name of the Soviet tankist and his Rank of Junior Sergeant, but the last name is impossible to read. Also the new owner's name too. The compass is still intact, the fate of the tankist is unknown and most probably is KIA, as all the collar rank insignia is added to the mapcase. Very nice historical item. I think it's one from thousand trophees was taken at the Ostfront in 1941 year. I got it at the flea market in Germany

    Hi Natjer,
The little pocket at the top right is for a pencil eraser.
