    The buckle is postwar, the leather strap probably too.

    Here you can see a M1935 wartime belt:

    Thank-you RKKAFan, my suspicions were correct. Is the stamping on the belt near the buckle behind the snap have anything to do with the dating/manufacturer?

    Probably the name of the manufacturer and 48 (р)ост is the size. But I cant read it, because of the glaring light.
