Nagant sling: Most likely not WW2 or Russian?

Article about: Hey guys, I have this Mosin-Nagant sling and I'm wondering if its even Russian since its most likely not even from WW2. I suspect it is Polish or DDR. I hope the pictures are clear enough. C

    made between 1960 to 1970. They are genuine Russian made 91/30 Mosin Nagant slings.
