Prewar Shashka original or copy?

From the limited close ups, at best to me it looks like it may have been an original shashka that has some problems. The first being the tip of the blade that looks like it has been ground down/reshaped? Followed by a well worn pommel that makes it hard to see the details, and one additional set of numbers that may be from a later time that are not as significant. Best Regards, Fred
