Very nice grenades, with interesting story to them. I need to get a F1 grenade as well.

Most likely the stock there is way lower, because of some distance from the ex-Soviet countries and no shared military conflict. Also the customs are so strict these days. I had to keep looking one for some time here for an while, but gladly some guy from Suomussalmi turned up. You can usually find good semi-relic items from there, because of the fierce battles of the Winter War that occurred there, with the 44th Ukrainian Rifle Division being completely annihilated.

How does the spoon attach? Can you show additional details of this area on these presumably earlier f-1s?

By fuse do you mean the whole upper assembly or just the internal fuse area?
