Russian gas mask hoses? are they interchangable with all Eastern euro countries gas mask?

are Russian gas mask hoses made in a universal size so another countries gas mask hose / filter will fit? will a East German, Polish, Bulgaria, etc gas mask hose work with a Russian gas mask?

would the gas mask hose from a East German mask fit on a Russian Tank Commander's radio communication gas mask?

If you are asking about the Schm 1 and later issued gasmasks, then it's fit to some of the foreign filters

Many of the East German masks, hoses and filters are direct copies of Russian ones so they're perfectly interchangable. The size of filter thread is 40mm RG, and is compatible with most 40mm NATO filters, however there are some that won't fit correctly, such as British S10 Filters.

thanks , sounds like most of the former Soviet bloc countries gas mask hoses & filters should interchange since they are copies of the Russian model.
