Doesn't metter who's name is written on the back side of holster - it's postwar item.
I've also never seen this type of war time holsters, all the parts and construction looks like a postwar to me, I'am just wondered how the items like that can be found in the French attics

    Hi,
I found this case in the city of 'Caen' in an individual. Now I can not say how this case arrived in this city.
But on the back is marked the name of a soldier in the artillery of the German Army. The person who owns it was not a collector and I paid 15 years ago less than 10 euros .....
    Regards.

We and other european socialist countries (especially DDR after war) produced so much soviet type equipment that you can find it everywhere around the world.

    No stuff- no interest Philippe.
As all the fallen Impires, their items starts to be interesting after the Imperia falls- as 3 Reich, the same USSR

Forgive me Phillipe - I thought this was stuff which you found recently and was wondering if you planned to keep it all. I have only just started collecting and so am keen to find some original Soviet WW2 equipment.

Pardonnez mon audace! ( Is that correct?)

    Hi Ian,
"ton audace est pardonnée".. (It's correct !!!).
For Dimas, I think the Soviet militaria has been neglected and denigrated by many collectors .. while this topic is much more difficult to collect. Not much documentation, parts hard to find, see untraceable, the language barrier ... but this is my theme collection and my passion.
Few collectors learned that it is more difficult to "mount" a complete soldier Soviet version 1941, a soldier of the WH, or a U.S. paratrooper, ...

    Hi Philippe,
For example if you have money and would buy a nice set of Heer or SS uniforms or insignia, just pay bucks, and you'll be a happy owner of SS helmet or SS Allgemeine cap. But if you are looking for a set of nice soviet uniforms m 35, even a 43 is hard to find a nice example- no offers in the market.
For example the BN-Tch bags as you show here, will not be easy to find, even for 300 eur- no offers
