It looks correct to me. It appears to be a ground dug belt.

Not sure I could say for sure whether this is WW2 non dis link for a Maxim or for the modern dshk from the pictures provided.
Post-war. Maxim machine guns had cloth belts during the war.
I agree. Wartime belts were from fabric/cloth.
The SG-43 and SGM both took a metal belt like this one.
It could also be used with the 1910 Maxim.

Too bad . The part (the tab) that could identify the belt is broken.
A long one is for Maxim, a shorter one for PKM or SGM43 (in four or five sections) and the very short for 100 rounds belts for PKM small ammo box.
Almost every Warshaw pact country has the same belts with different markings.
Onfortunately your belt has no big value imo. The tab is long enough to be for Maxim.
