Soviet poison gas indicator set from the sixties?

Hello Everybody,

I have an object I have identified as a soviet poison gas indicator set from 1961. I am Hungarian from Budapest, and I got it from a ruined military hospital had been used by the Soviet army in the sixties. I have found nothing on net in connection with this thing, maybe I did not try it with the correct term. On the right side there is a matchbox for showing the scale. Could you help me with some info about this item?
