Soviet Russian gasmasks

As knowh types of of Soviet Russian gasmasks.
From 1928 year:
BS-T5
BN-T5
BN-Tch
in future will add more of them.
Firstly about it:
First mask mas was developed especially for the army in 1928 year, that is the copy and research of ingenner Kummant ( mask)
The filter is the Soviet project and started in in army from 1928 year as BS type.
Absolutely the same, but remade and addopted to the simple use gasmask fiter BN- differences in the screwback of the hose. And the gasmask made in grey rubber withot the glued seams.
The modified filter BN-Tch, differences between valve-now it's located on the mask(prev models on the filter), shortened filter and weight. Mask is simplified. First mask for that type is "08" the second is mod 08, differnces in eyelets and internal parts of the mask. In nearest future I will show the pictures of originals.

I would very much be interested in seeing and learning more about the different types of respirators used by the Soviet forces before and duirng WW2.

Hi Dimas, thanks for adding all those threads about Soviets respirators. There is stuff there I had not even seen before. Info on these in the West is hard to find.

I will direct my friends to this thread as it is very useful for us.
