Strange Knife Please Help ID ???

I write to you with a question, dear warrelics forum members.

Is this knife is a Russian one from prewar or postwar or maybe a wartime ?.

On it there is a inscription saying: Дьяковская артель

I tried to look on the in Internet about this knife. However I didn't find any info about it ?.
The handle is a replica but is the Blade an Russian ZIK type ???

Yes and the inscription is in Cyclic and says: Дьяковская артель

Is this interpretation stands for:
Dyakovo (Дьяковская) city Artel (артель) in an Gorkis (Горьковская) region (область) ???

Dyatkovo is a village in Russia. It was inside of German occupied areas in during WWII. The village has produced crystal glass for over 200 years, and produced the best-cut glass in Russia.
