Hello, thanks for your opinions, this is the interior of the bag and with this occasion i want to post pictures with a bag made from leather and textil material. I think that this object it is for some optical device ( a scope maybe ). I collect military objects from elder person, friends and students ( i am history teacher). In my area were hard battle in ww2. Here fought Russian army against Hungarian and German army. I'm not sure that this objects are from ww2, but usually the elder people who give me this objects assure me that are from ww2 period.

    Hi Vitelius,
Here are pictures of a bread bag.

For the other case, it has similarities with the cases for binoculars Soviet canvas and leather.
Its length suggests that this is a case for optical but which one ???
    Regards.

    Hello Lars,

They look similar but the material and shape are diffrents.
These are similar to the ones you find on the M41 backpack for example. Steel made and thiner.

My first reaction was non-soviet as well... There is also Czech and Polish pre and post war use of this split frame buckle style

    Hello,

I am not aware of such equipment produced by Varsovie pact armies. Even soviets didn't pursue the production of this item very long, Food and tin beeing placed in the Gaz mas holder or in the M31 asault back back (Veshmeshok).

To come back to the buckle, they are standard in Soviet production. They can be found on many back packs, for example m39 and m41 for sure. Even wondering for the M36.

Would you have example of non soviet bread bag?
