    Default Kit bag anyone idendify?

    I picked this up at a car boot sale recently for a couple of quid,can anyone identify country and its approx.age.many thanks.
    it has trooper J.M Jones L53537 Serial 581/1
    then three stripes green,red,green,
    many thanks for looking,would be fascinated in any info.

    its about 28 inches long and 14 inches wide.
