I would be interested if anybody can tell me anything about this style sleeping bag ?
I picked it up today but I cannot find out much about it, I have been looking for an arctic bedroll and thought I might of found one but now I am not so sure.

It is made in six definite sections, 3 front and back sewn together and the top sections have 3 ties for fixing together.
It has a slightly odd arrangement of eyes as shown in the picture.

It does not look very cosy !

    Nobody any ideas ?

Do you think it was stand alone or a liner to go in the canvas bedroll ?

Its 6" too wide to go in the Officers Bedroll as I have now tried it.

I had something like this some years ago and it turned out to be 3 engine covers for cold weather sewn together to make a bed roll like yours
