Anyone read Arabic ?

This came off a Canadian uniform,I think it is a nametag,can anyone read it ?

It says, in terms of pronounciation, "Coolness"

It doesn't mean anything in Arabic. Perhaps it's a joke name or something?

Sorry, but I just realized that it is actually more likely to be "Collins", just in Arabic letters. Perhaps the owner spent time overseas working with people who spoke Arabic.

I checked with the people I got this from and it is Collins,and it was from time spent in Dubai U.A.R. Thank you . Is it read left to right or right to left ?
