One I've had for at least 18 years! and that's also about the same amount of time since I've pulled it out! not marked (from what I can see) but I reckon Dunlop made '41 ish

I have one very similar except my liner is covered in huge texta bullet-points for a weapons lesson LOL. These were still in use until quite recently in some places.
