Default Australian issue Emergency Ration tins

Inspired by Jock's earlier post of his nice British issue Emergency ration tin, here are a couple more from my collection, but this time coming from Australia.

This one is still sealed and full.

    Cheers, Ade.

    Hi guys, first post.

I've been doing a little bit of research on the AMF emergency ration for my website and there was one piece of the puzzle missing - what was the "opening device" they mention in the literature? I'm guessing from the pics that it was a sardine can style opener.

Great pictures Adrian, and thanks for filling a knowledge gap for me.

    Cheers.
