    Another version of the above tin.

    The contents include Hot chocolate, tea tablets and salt tablets.

    AMF (Australian Military Forces) & Department of Defence broad arrow marked. It is dated 7/44.

    Hi guys, first post.

    I've been doing a little bit of research on the AMF emergency ration for my website and there was one piece of the puzzle missing - what was the "opening device" they mention in the literature? I'm guessing from the pics that it was a sardine can style opener.
