    Hi
I havent posted on here for ages and ages and thought this might be of interest to someone.
I got this given to me from someone who was given it by an old soldier who landed on sword beach 6th June -D day and said it was carried by him on to the beaches.

I belive this internally rubberised version was produced for D day as previous versions wouldnt have kept kit dry going ashore.
Unfortunately the union flag badges are missing but you can still see where they were stiched on.
All i've done is used Leather oil to keep the straps soft as they were getting a little hard. All the rubber is intact and I still use the bag because its so comfortable!
