British 43 dated small pack for discussion

This 1943 British small pack appears to me to be modified with extra loops on the sides and top also has department of defence stamps for 1965,any one any ideas,thanks Colin

I think it might have been used post-WW2 by the Dutch army?

Danish or Greek, I can't remember at the moment. Definitely modified post war by another European country.
