British blanket?

Hi guys. Need help to identify this wool blanket. It has a faint marking. I also wonder if it is a blanket issued to soliders, or
do they use this type of blanket elswhere?

Original WW2 British blanket used by all the armed forces etc. Nice to find with the stamp on it.
