Thanks for the reply. The sign on the pin says " Replace this pin if store is not dropped. " My thoughts have been that it maybe is SOE. And used as a parachute time releaser for cargo containers. It was bought in Norway and here the resistance received plenty of containers during the war. I have seen similar equipment, but this one doesn't quite match the one i have seen. Maybe a later and more easier type to produce?
