can anyone identify these chute parts ?

Hi guys . Got a Drogue parachute from my sister as a bday present pictured in the last few pictures . the person she got it off gave her these other parts as extras . I was wondering what type of chute do they go to and were used for and what era they are from 90's ?I'v done a bit of research on Drogue chute but can find nothing else on the other bit's any help would be great
