Chevalier manufactured binoculars age ???

Hi fellow Collectors.

I have these binoculars in my collection,and I have absolutely no clue as to their age ( I would hazard a guess at WW2 ?)

They are marked Day & Night, the case is in a fairly poor condition, whereas the binoculars are in amazing condition, with the leather still intact etc. Please see the provided pictures for details.

Can anyone shed any light on the age of this item, I would be very grateful.

I'd say earlier than WW2, i reckon very early 20th century and maybe WW1!....

These are WWI era. Not necessarily used by Military, but of the age.
