    Ebay purchase, sadly post war dated, but it comes with so many buttons etc. that it was worth buying. Includes revolving shank and other plastic BD buttons and a set of economy GS buttons, thimbles and other items including some brass regimental buttons.

    essential kit for all soldiers, but also a good source for some buttons I wanted to restore something.

    wow, that's alot of buttons. I have one that's much more recent, but nowhere near that many items. very cool!!

    I have one dated 1960 something, it's a Bakelite cylinder, Aussie army...issued to me in 1991
