Identifying a Volunteer Pattern Belt

I have just bought this belt as part opf a lot of pre WW1 uniform and equipment:

It has white metal fittings so I am guessing it is from a Volunteer batallion rather than a regular unit. Can anyone identify the pattern of belt or is it one of the wierd and wonderful private purchases done by individual units? The inside of hte belt has a unit stamp:

Can anyone help me identify a unit?

Thanks, that's certainly plausible. It came with a 1913 pattern scarlet dress tunic and a buff general services bayonet frog so I have a ready made display!
